Refund Policy & Guarantee

What the 60-day guarantee actually covers, the timing detail most buyers miss, and a step-by-step process for claiming if you need to.

Last updated: July 2026

HorseFil is sold with a 60-day money-back guarantee. This page explains what that covers, how to use it, and the practical details that are easy to miss.

Read this first: we are an independent review site, not the seller. We cannot process your refund, look up your order or contact the retailer for you. Everything below is guidance on how the guarantee works — the action has to go through whoever took your payment.

The basic terms

  • Length: 60 days.
  • Starts: on the date of purchase, not the date of delivery.
  • Covers: the product cost. Shipping charges are often non-refundable — check your order terms.
  • Applies to: orders placed through the official checkout. Purchases from third-party marketplaces are generally not covered.

The detail that catches people out

The 60 days run from your purchase date. If you buy a six-bottle package and take it consistently, you will still have four bottles left when the window closes. That is not a trick specific to this product — it is how nearly all supplement guarantees work — but it does mean the guarantee is really a trial period on the first two bottles, not on the whole order.

Practical suggestion: decide by around day 45. That leaves time to request a refund if you are going to, without cutting it fine.

How to request a refund

  1. Find your order confirmation email. It contains your order number and the name of the retailer that processed the payment — which may not be the same as the product brand.
  2. Check your card statement if you cannot find the email. The merchant name there tells you who to contact.
  3. Contact that retailer's customer service directly, quoting your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  4. Ask what they need. Some sellers request the return of unused bottles, some do not. Ask before shipping anything back.
  5. Keep records. Save your request, any ticket number and all correspondence until the refund appears on your statement.

Shipping

  • The 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages are advertised with free US shipping.
  • The 2-bottle package has shipping charged separately.
  • International shipping availability and cost vary — confirm at checkout before ordering.
  • Return shipping costs, where a return is required, are typically the customer's responsibility.

If the refund does not arrive

Follow up with the retailer in writing first, and give them a reasonable period to respond. If that fails, you have further options: a chargeback through your card issuer (there are time limits, so do not wait indefinitely), a complaint to your national consumer protection authority, and in the United States a report to the FTC.

Keeping your original order confirmation and all correspondence makes any of these routes considerably easier.

Before you order

Two things worth doing at checkout, in any supplement funnel:

  • Read the fine print for subscription terms. Some funnels enrol buyers into recurring shipments. Check whether you are agreeing to a one-off purchase or an ongoing one.
  • Screenshot the guarantee terms as shown to you. Terms displayed at the time of purchase are what applies to your order.
